DO I NEED AN INSPECTION IF I HAVE A HOME WARRANTY?
A home warranty does not include pre-existing conditions. In case of a dispute, my detailed report will document that the system in question was in working order at the time of the inspection. |

WHAT ABOUT NEW HOMES?
While the builder’s representative is conducting the walk-through, I will be there to represent you. The depth of my inspection goes well beyond the walk-through. My inspection will be an in-depth, unbiased look at your potential new home. I will evaluate the physical condition: structure, construction, and mechanical systems.
